GENERAL: Standard Barrier-Free Unit Kitchens include removable refrigerator, stainless steel countertop with sink bowl, single lever faucet and sink strainer, gas or electric two burner range, upper wall cabinets, rear wall shield,.8cu.ft. microwave oven and range hood.

REFRIGERATOR: Net capacity of 6.0 cu.ft. including a 30 lb. Full width freezer section. Net shelf area 10.4 sq., automatic cycle defrost, light, magnetic gasket, sliding shelves, poured-in place high efficiency insulation, full height inner door storage liner, casters, adjustable leveling legs and hermetically-sealed, self-oiling cushion mounted compressor. Refrigerator removable and operates on 115V. 60 cycle A.C. and has a 5 foot grounded type cordset.

COUNTERTOP AND SINK: Fabricated of 20 gauge prime type 301 satin finish stainless steel, 4" backsplash. Sink bowl measures 14"W X 15"L X 6"D with 3.5" drain and is supplied with single lever faucet and stainless steel duo-strainer.

ELECTRIC RANGE: Two microtube top elements, 1250 watts each with signal light, chrome plated removable reflector bowls and infinite switches. Operates on 115/230V, 3 wire single phase A.C., 2.5 KW and requires direct connection to electrical terminal box provided with unit.

OR

GAS RANGE: Two aluminum head gas burners with pilotless ignition, pressure regulator, low flame setting and removable chrome-plated pans. Unit adaptable for either L.P. or natural gas operation and components are approved by the American Gas Association.

RANGE HOOD: 24" wide in baked enamel finish to match wall cabinets. Features include two speed fan, light, aluminum mesh filter and charcoal filter. Hood operates on 115V, 60 cycle A.C. and requires separate direct connection through knock-out located in the rear.

MICROWAVE: 24" wide,. 8 cu. ft. capacity. 115V, 60 cycle A.C., 1.2 KW, 10 amps and is plug in type.

CABINETS: Wall and base cabinets fabricated of 5/8" thick 48 lb. Industrial grade particleboard which is fused on both sides with acid-resistant thermoset melamine to exceed the standards of the American Laminators Assn.

WALL SHIELDS: Fabricated of satin finish stainless steel to match countertop.

SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION FOR BARRIER-FREE MODELS: Countertop and sink on one plane 34" from floor and sink drain located on side of bowl rather than center to maximize under sink leg room.

CODES FOR BARRIER-FREE MODELS: models meet the New York City Local Law 58/87 and ANSI A 117.1-1986 specifications.
